This cozy studio accommodates two guests and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, and utensils to prepare your favorite meals.



Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploration. Inside, modern conveniences like a smart TV (with box) make your stay even more comfortable. Although there’s no air conditioning or heating, the natural climate of Madeira ensures a pleasant atmosphere.



The studio includes private exterior parking and is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible. Nearby bus stops provide convenient connections to Funchal and other island attractions, making it an ideal base for your adventures.



We provide fresh bed linen and bath towels for your convenience. Check-in is flexible, from 16h00 to 05h00. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property. Additionally, Madeira’s tropical environment may occasionally invite insects indoors despite regular cleaning, a natural aspect of island life.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
