This cozy villa is located in a quiet, central area of Funchal, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the Mercado dos Lavradores. It’s perfect for families, couples, or business trips.



The house features two bright en-suite bedrooms, a third bedroom next to the living room, a spacious lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, three air conditioners, and a private terrace with a jacuzzi, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



After a day exploring, the jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunset in comfort and privacy.
