The room was spotless clean and was furnished to a very high standard. The staff were absolutely superb, both front of house, in the bar/restaurant and cleaners. I would highly recommend and will stay again.

We stayed here as a family of three. The room was exactly what we needed, enough space, really well equipped, clean and comfortable. On the whole thoroughly impressed with this as a base for a stay in central London. Hope to book there again in the future.

Great location, management is very confused from the general manager and the deputy manager who is very aggressive. I wonder how she worked in such an industry. Strange that at such a priced place, there seems not to be clear communication between the top management and the receptionists!! Very strange ...
