LIBER HOTEL OSAKA

"The hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed despite that I have visited many hotels all over the world. I will surely stay there again if I travel to Osaka again. The staff are very courteous and respective (not unexpected from Japanese culture), they are very helpful and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities is unrivalled. The location is perfect for me and the family because it is devoid of hustle and bustle of city centre life but not far by train to any location in Osaka because a train station is just about 3 minutes walk across the road from the hotel. It has water view if you want that serene view in the day or evening or while eating at the dinner restaurant. It is also a stone throw from some of the key tourist locations such as ferries wheel, Osaka aquarium, Universal studio city etc. A free ferry will take you on a 3-minute journey from the hotel area to the ferries and Osaka aquarium and others. You can also walk to the Osaka Universal studio city from the hotel. Overall, I recommend the hotel because you will get value for your money."

"Right by metro. Very easy walk to shops restaurants and the aquarium. Large rooms and lovely breakfast. Loved the donut cabinet! Lovely staff. Beds quite hard but very nice bathroom and toiletries. (Jacuzzi etc on roof at extra charge but not used )"

"Hotel is good love the location. The breakfast buffet is somewhat awful and I would certainly skip especially for the price they charge. Lots of food options around right out the door. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were rocks. Other than that great location would probably try one of the other hotels next time but it wasn’t bad and would stay again for sure. They won’t let you check in early either 3pm and it’s a big line as everyone is just waiting…"

"I enjoyed the coding to get in but did not like the numbers dissapeared at the door everytime. There were no staff to talk to about anything and the room had minor scuffs I didn't want to be held responsible for. I felt the check out process could have been better but was saved by a staff member when I could not find my code or qr code...maybe just put the number of the room or my name? Otherwise it was a pleasure to stay there. Please upgrade the laundry detergent. We didn't use the powder but went with our own instead. I love the hanging racks because even after an hour our clothes were still damp. Thank you!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Art Hotel. Our double room was spacious enough for two people and impeccably clean. The view from our room was amazing and especially beautiful at night. The hotel itself is luxurious. The lobby is beautifully decorated. It was also very convenient as the hotel was near so many stores and restaurants and Solaniwa Onsen. Definitely would stay here again!"
