"The hotel is nice. The room is clean. The staff is nice. It is in a very convenient location. It is close to bus terminal, subway. It is close to shopping streets and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. "

"Amenities can’t be beat with the spa steps away and a family mart in front of the hotel. The restaurants are also great and staff is very friendly. My only issue is that the bed and especially pillow is extremely firm. I couldn’t sleep because the pillow was so stiff. Also the water temperature in the shower couldn’t be adjusted, it was too cold for me. If these 2 things improved I’d give the hotel a 5 stars. Overall, good experience. "

"Great stay, large clean room, spacious bathroom and nice views on balcony. Easy check in, building was super clean and tidy, close to the train station as well. Onsen is great but shared with the public too; so it does get busy and with a lot of locals. It’s a really nice facility with sauna, cold bath, honey bath, outside bathtubs and a carbonated bath to name a few. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend, especially if you’re going to universal. "

"Lovely room, beautiful view (12 floor corner room), was able to enjoy the sunrise as the room faced east. Booked this hotel because of the proximity to USJ, the staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean, beds comfortable. Did not use the onsen because we were exhausted but it looked great. "
