"We never got to breakfast but it smelled amazing. The staff was kind and helpful, they spoke English very well I didn't need to use my translation app. I highly recommend this hotel if your going to the park it's right next to the JR line entrance and Universal Studios Park. It's right on City Walk where there are a lot of shops and food options also Starbucks and Tullys Coffee are there by the Hotels entrance. The room was clean and big. We had a fridge. The bathroom had a medium sized counter but an big sink, the tub was amazingly large and deep, the shower was perfect height, pressure was amazing. 9.9/10 only because they didn't have towel racks or hooks lol but definitely worth the price."

"We loved the room and the space was larger than we expected. It was very comfortable for 5 people for 7 days. We really appreciated the kitchen, laundry, and balcony with a rack for drying clothes. It is just a twenty min walk to the pier to catch ferry to aquarium or to USJ. We also took advantage of the restaurant and spa on site. It was our first time to Japan and we will definitely be back!"
