"Pro’s: really good for an elderly person with ground floor bedroom and en-suite. Picturesque location, good access and parking. Sun trap patio style court yard. Nice decor and good space for up to 4 -6. Bedrooms good. Kitchen well utility stocked. Improvements: the main bathroom & toilet in poor repair and could do with TLC. The dining room could be better purposed (we did not utilise)."

"The Lodge is quite lovely and perfectly situated in the beautiful village of Broadway, but our room was not properly readied for our arrival. The hotel is ‘unmanned’ which makes it tricky for quick resolution of issues. Our suite had been painted that day and smelled of fresh paint and the painter left a can of paint and a pizza box on the counter. The kitchen garbage had not been emptied. The wifi did not work upon arrival. Upon reporting the paint can /pizza box and wifi issues an apology was issued and housekeeping was to be alerted. I was asked to reset the router on the landing myself, which didn’t bother me. Returning from dinner two hours later the paint and pizza box and remained. I expressed my disappointment in the lack of action and have not heard a word since then. If you are looking for a hotel with service, skip the Lodge. It’s more like an Airbnb. The property and suite were fine, but the lack of guest care is a big flag. I rarely write poor reviews but the property was given a chance to fix the issues and chose not to."

"Reception was more than helpful when i showed up with my two small children after long drive. Food was lovely, atmosphere quaint, stay again in a heartbeat!"

"Apartments were okay but booking through Hotels.com was a disaster. I booked using Tesco vouchers but the vouchers didn't go through at my first attempt. I then cancelled and rebooked immediately checking with George apartments that this was okay. They said it was but both payments were processed by Hotels.com. I have paid twice for the stay very expensive! "

"What a fantastic house! The rooms were all lovely, the decor is quirky and interesting, and it’s in a great location for roaming the Cotswolds.The hot tub and sauna are the icing on the cake.Ample parking for 5 cars.You certainly get what you pay for. "

"The cottage was stunning and everything we expected. Perfect location for nearby villages and the scenery from the cottage was beautiful as we had baby lambs which made it more special. The only one thing I would add although we were aware before our stay is the double bedrooms maybe would be more accommodating if one of the rooms had 2 single beds but apart from that I hope to definitely stay here again and will be promoting this property very strongly.Ali"
