Ideally located in the center of several Grands Sites d'Occitanie: in Haute-Garonne, less than 45km from Toulouse, 24km from the Nailloux outlet village, 13km from the Ariège River and Cintegabelle; 11km from Saverdun in Ariège, 19km from the Carla-Bayle art village, 31km from the Mas d'Azil cave, and 48km from the Château de Foix! An idyllic location, a magnificent view overlooking a countryside landscape, with the Pyrenees as a backdrop! This little paradise, a secret, ecological cocoon, couldn't be better described. This Eco-lodge will also charm you with its warm atmosphere and eco-friendly design. The soft colors and natural materials give this house a special charm. Ground floor: living room and kitchen, lounge (library, fireplace). First floor: 1 queen-size bed, shower room/WC. Mid-floor: ideal bedroom for children (2 twin beds, 80x200cm). 2nd floor: bedroom (2 twin beds, 90x200cm), shower room/WC). Wi-Fi. A covered outdoor terrace. Shared laundry room, foosball table in the pool area. Heating is included in your rental from early October to early May. Heating periods may fluctuate depending on the weather. The pool is guaranteed from mid-May to the end of September. During this period, it may be occasionally closed for treatment, technical reasons, or weather-related issues. In case of favorable weather and in the absence of technical issues, the opening period may be brought forward to early May and the winterization period pushed back to mid-October.
