Brand new construction! Feel at home in this beautiful 2 bed 2 bath with a 70` Inch tv in the living room and 55` TV`s in the bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a memory foam mattress, full length mirror, walk-in closet, dresser, 55` smart tv, and luxury bedding to ensure you get a great nights rest. Unit includes a fully stocked kitchen, brand new appliances, free parking, washer and dryer with detergent, and all the comforts of home! We guarantee the best stay you`ve had so far!

Located walking distance from UF, UF Stadium and the surrounding lively area, this beautiful 2 bedroom is part of a Duplex. We also VRBO the other unit so if you are interested in renting both out at the same time for a bigger group please contact us so we can arrange that for you.

The living room features a big 70` TV, big sectional couch that can be converted into a big bed for additional sleeping of at least 2, desk and task chair.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance to the university and great restaurants. The home was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was such a bonus that it’s pet friendly. We will be back!

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed 2 nights for a Gator basketball game. The home was exactly as described, VERY clean and the host was quick to respond. The full kitchen would have been easy to cook food. There were extra items like coffee, laundry pods, and toiletry items. Again, it was CLEAN. We walked to the stadium - it’s a 30 minute (1 mile walk) with kids. One caution is the parking. We drive a big SUV and it would have been a tight fit if others were in the neighboring apartment. Our vehicle would not have turned around in the back if another vehicle was present. Overall, it was great and we’d stay again.

Clean, cute, and convenient

I loved the unit. It was clean, well decorated, and convenient to most things. The host was responsive, helpful, and communicative. The unit was immaculate and the host provided everything one would need to have a good stay. My only cons, are the neighbors and parking. The unit is a duplex and I believe the tenants are college students. They were nice and friendly but they do what college students do. Nothing too wild just noticeable. Parking is available but it's tight and shared with the neighbors. I suggest parking on your side of the unit not in the back. Overall, we enjoyed the unit and would probably stay there again. When it comes to the things within the host's control everything was excellent but there are some cons outside of her control to be aware of. If you're looking for a clean, convenient, cute, updated home then this is the unit to book!
