Great Retreat!

Great Place to Stay!

I rented this property because I was attending a music festival in downtown Gainesville and needed somewhere to stay that was close by. The house is great for a bunch of friends to stay together. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was a huge plus. The house is HUGE and has awesome amenities like a game room and a big pool. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Gainesville.

Great Space for Large Family

Stayed at the home for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and eat! It was great to also have an outdoor space to sit and relax. Double oven was convenient, 2 rooms with large tvs so football could be on while other room used to watch the parade or just use as a space to converse on comfy sofas. Worked out great for our holiday family dinner!

AMAZING 80th Birthday For My Sister !!!

The house was AMAZING !!!! A bathroom in EVERY bedroom and an extra on near the living room / kitchen area. The house was well stocked with lots of things we dilike coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner…etc.

Best VRBO we have ever visited!

The Coaches House is amazing! It exceeded our expectations and the photos don't do it justice. The owner was quick to respond to all of our needs. Each of the 5 bedrooms were spacious and have their own baths. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of living spaces with 3 large sectionals in each of the rooms. The kitchen was great and had all of the necessary utensils needed. The backyard and Pool were a perfect escape from the hot Florida sun. The house is very conveniently located within minutes to UF. We will definitely return to the home soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
