Cozy Cottage Near Lake Lanier

  • Newly remodeled, clean modern yet cozy cottage on the north end of Lake Lanier. Everything is brand new - appliances, HVAC, electrical, etc. Bedroom with comfy queen bed. Second bedroom with bunk bed. Large tile shower w/ multi-jet shower head. Gas fireplace inside, firepit outside. Large yard for playing horseshoes or bocce ball (provided). BBQ Grill with everything needed. Lake is short walk away across wooded 10 acre lot and public boat launch is less than 3 miles away. Less than 30 minutes from Helen, Dahlonega, North Georgia wineries and hiking trails.
