The property is located in a new development with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The apartment itself is new, clean, and has very comfortable furnishings.

Enjoyable Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, new property. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—convenient to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and most importantly, the University of Florida’s track and field stadium. We were in town for the Tom Jones Invitational, and being just minutes away from the event made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Well the appointment was extremely nice and clean only flaws the pool wasn't clean and there no soap holder in the stand up shower in master bedroom also the bed in the master bedroom should be king instead of queen fo larger ppl as myself especially if your a couple looking to stay there also the 2nd bedroom needs a tv and it should be cable tv installation those are the only flaws of staying there other than that its an excellent get away spot. If they make those adjustments its a great place to stay i willbe back in the near future
