Our property is close to both Shands and North Florida Medical Center. Literally down the road from UF but far enough away you will not be “swamped” with students. See what I did there? 🤭 A little Florida Gator humor.

The neighborhood is peaceful and the people friendly. A great spot to relax after a long day.

The unit has an attached “Mother-in-law” suite on the back which is also a short term rental. The units share a wall but are separate in all other ways. Each unit has its own entrance, driveway, yard and laundry room. Unless coming or going at the same time, you should never see each other.

You have access to your entire unit minus a small owners closet.

Your stay is paramount! Text or message your questions and/or concerns. I’m not far away.

Share rides such as Uber and Lyft are available and the bus has a stop within walking distance of the house. Many of our neighbors commute on bicycles.

We understand that many medical related visits require multiple trips. We are happy to assist you with future visits and will consider these costs when negotiating your return visit.
We ask that you treat the house and neighborhood with respect.

Park in designated areas.
No smoking or vaping inside or on the premises.
Parties will not be tolerated.
Only registered guests permitted.

For families bringing pets, we welcome 2 canines for the one $65 pet fee. You may request approval for additional pets. Unapproved pets will result unfavorably. We request & appreciate that you pick up poops. This provides a more sanitary yard for all our guests.
