Our home is set in the historic Hibiscus Park neighborhood, just a short walk from the UF campus, BHG Stadium, O'Connell Center, Publix, restaurants and more. We are located just north of University Ave., with beautiful mossy oaks lining the peaceful streets.
Our property is within easy walking distance to campus, sports events and restaurants, so you can park in our ample driveway in front of the home and walk to many close by locations. Plenty of room for two cars.

Excellent stay

This was our second stay and once again the property was exactly as described. It is a great location for visitors to UF and suited us perfectly. Communication was excellent and a minor issue with the toilet handle was resolved within hours.Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Gainesville mini vacation.

Perfect base to explore former hometown. Cozy, comfortable cottage with everything we needed available.Accidentally left an unopened bag of cookies in the fridge which we hope someone gets to enjoy.We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Nice neighborhood,short walk to Publix and Buritto Famous was a great place for Mexican food. Bungalow was exceptional! We will definitely stay again next year when we attend the Gator Nationals

Gator Baseball

Excellent property for my wife and I to spend a week and Gville watching some Gator Baseball. Plenty of room, great neighborhood, and close to everything.

This is a great little house in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood, and so close to many good things! As a guest, you will feel at home. The owners are excellent. The house is clean & well-designed. Check in and check out is a breeze and communication with the owners is superb.

Great Find!

This place was an excellent find. Having lived in Gainesville for 10+ years and returned yearly for FEST each October, I have stayed in places throughout town. Great location for Fall football weekends and of course FEST. Will definitely reserve again (if available) on future trips!

Perfect bungalow

We visit Gainesville often to visit our kids who attend UF. We stay at hotels and occasionally rent a house. Would highly recommend this property. Great location! We enjoyed a bonfire while watching football and it was a great place to relax after a weekend full of activities. We look forward to returning to this sweet and cozy bungalow.

Wedding weekend stay

It was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet. There is more to it than meets the eye. It is nicely updated. It is clean and very well maintained. Our hosts were great!

Cozy and clean

This was the perfect place to stay in Gainesville. Quick drive to restaurants, grocery store and UF campus. The neighborhood was peaceful and great for a morning walk. The house is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Loved the bathroom dual shower heads and plenty of countertop space and storage. My husband and I look forward to booking again.

Wonderful Gainesville

I went to celebrate my birthday! I love Gainesville for its hiking and it's many parks too choose from. This did not disappoint. The best place i have stayed in so far. Everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. The house was wonderful, clean and well equipped. I loved the backyard and fire pit and spent my nights outside enjoying the quiet. Thank you for a truly great experience.

Perfect House For Gameday Weekend

The listing was exactly as described. The check-in was seamless and the house is super cozy and very clean. I communicated with Michael the owner the week before about an early check in to accommodate our flight schedule and he was very responsible and allowed for an early check in. The house is a 3 minute uber to the stadium and about a 12 minute walk. Very convenient all around. We will look to stay here again on future game weekend.
