    70 m² apartment with a 70 m² terrace. Master bedroom with a 135 cm bed, bedroom with two 90 cm beds, full bathroom with a tub, living-dining room, and kitchen.

    It features a terrace with a chill-out area, a solarium with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a patio table and chairs, and a beach umbrella.

    A very quiet area to unwind, with all amenities nearby (a convenience store 100 m away, a pharmacy, restaurants, etc.).
