We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! We arrived at the hotel, just a short walk from the tram stop which was super useful. Sadly there was no signage from that side, so we entered the hotel through the restaurant. Check in wasn't smooth, struggled to find our reservation, stating that we only had 2 rooms instead of 3. When finally the reservation was found, only 2 rooms were ready and we had to wait for the other one. "Great hotel, super comfy beds, cleaned every day. Just felt a little pushed out due to being English whilst trying to get a drink at the bar, the locals like to push in and you get ignored. Apart from that, would definitely recommend and will go again. Thank you."
