"The staff checking in was great, the room looked like it needed to be swept and mopped, the AC in the living area did not get cool, it was hot as heck in that room, the freezer worked but the refrigerator did not get cold. The keurig did not shut off until the water was empty and overflowed the cup. The staff the following morning , she was very unprofessional, rude and snappy towards my children. "

"Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Not too many choices but enough to fill our bellies. Clean room. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Easy access from the interstate. Close to shopping and plenty of places to eat. "
"The Black Hawk Hotel is older, but kept clean comfortable and safe. Unlike some other hotels the Black Hawk did not charge an incidentals amount on my card at check in only to return it later, I appreciated this. The only dissapointment is there is no onsite parking, we got a map showing 24 hour street parking. The closest being a block away."
