Staff was impeccable. So friendly, gracious, helpful. Location could not have been better. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean, luxurious, modern. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

If you don’t have a car, this may not be the hotel for you cause it’s not close to the center of Segovia. You will need to spend lots of money on Uber or taxi. They have a swimming pool and paddle court. Kids enjoyed them. FYI, they need $20 deposit for pool towels and paddle/balls. We love the breakfast ...
