Un gros coup de cœur pour les nombreux extras inclus : tout le contenu du minibar est gratuit (boissons et friandises), tout comme les collations et boissons offertes à la réception. De plus, jusqu’à 22 h, un généreux buffet d’apéritif est servi gratuitement avec tapas, bouchées variées et même du vin. Une attention exceptionnelle que nous n’avions jamais vue ailleurs ! L’emplacement est également excellent, à deux pas du métro. Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrions avec plaisir. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We arrived and my husband was not feeling well so I asked front desk where I could get soup. Apparently soup is hard to come by in Milano 😂 so they offered to make him a soup, even though it was not on their menu. That was amazing! The young lady in the restaurant (Adele) as well as ALL of front desk personnel were so kind and attentive. Would absolutely go back."
