The house is
located in the heart of Baia Verde near Gallipoli, and is only 250
m from its beautiful white sandy beaches.
The property
features a strategic location. The house is on two levels, has a
parking space and equipped outdoor area for dinner or lunch in the
open air and convenient pedestrian access.

The main
entrance opens into the dining room with kitchen and door that
opens outside. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with
shower.

From the hall a
staircase leads to the sleeping area where a small hallway
provides access to three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and a
bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have access to a balcony with
panoramic view.

The house is also equipped with air conditioning.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
