With this comfortable accommodation in the center of Rivabella, your family will be close to everything, especially the beach, which can be accessed through a gate that belongs to the rental. The apartment, equipped and modern, is located on the first floor, a few meters from the sea. The huge terrace overlooks an expanse of sea pines beyond which the beach extends and from where you can breathe the sea breeze and enjoy the sea view and spectacular sunsets.
The house consists of a spacious and bright living area, equipped with an equipped wall, which constitutes the kitchen, and a single-seater sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double French bed (140 cm wide), a bathroom with a comfortable shower and a second bathroom. The large and comfortable terrace allows moments of leisure and relaxation, especially in the hours of the evening coolness .
To go to the apartment, you cross a large private indoor car park where a reserved parking space is available. A side gate leads directly to the beach. Near the gate, there are communal showers, very useful when returning from the sea. To continue towards the house, you cross a small door beyond which there are stairs or an elevator.
The apartment is in the heart of the village, characterized by a lively nightlife in the square (during the summer months) and, at the same time, by places of extreme relaxation such as platforms on the sea where you can enjoy an excellent dinner or a drink at sunset or at any time of the day. For those who love physical activity, I would recommend a pleasant and long walk on the shore or trekking on the cliffs of San Mauro .
 
The air conditioner is located in the hallway, the central part of the house. In the rooms and on the balcony there are ceiling fans .

Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.
Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay.
