Our three bedroom, three bathroom two storey Penthouse has been finished with modern and stylish furniture, luxury beds, and contemporary kitchen. Enjoy ample space and amazing views from this gorgeous home.

The Space: Located just a few minutes from the Latin Quarter, Claddagh, and Long Walk you will be sure to have a wonderful stay in this accommodation. The home is located in a private building with private access. Upon entering the penthouse you are greeted with beautiful wood flooring that flows throughout the first floor.
The living room has over sized windows allowing fantastic views of the harbour and city. It is open plan to the kitchen and dining area and offer comfortable leathers sofas, and flat screen Tv. The kitchen is finished in a cashmere gloss with stylish counter tops and all major modern appliances.
The dining table has seating for four, Across the hallway there are two bedrooms. Both offer luxury mattresses in king size (5x6ft), built in wardrobes and views. One of the bedrooms is ensuite with walk in shower, WC, and sink. Adjacent the main bathroom with walk in shower, WC, and sink.
Upstairs is the third bedroom which also has a king size bed (5x6ft) with luxury mattress and mirror slide robe wardrobes. Opposite this bedroom is a third bathroom with walk in shower, WC, and sink. From the hallway you can access the private rooftop patio and take in all the views of Galway city and harbour, Aran Islands, and Salthill in the distance... a truly beautiful sight.

We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.

**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
Guest Access: Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.
Interaction with Guests: All messages are handled directly through the platform, so you’ll be fully supported throughout your stay. For urgent situations—such as a lockout or trouble with directions—a mobile number will also be available.

This space was perfect for 5-6 guests, location was a very short walk to High street while still being away from the commotion of bar district. Having a rooftop is a plus as well!
This is our second time staying at this VRBO this year. We love it. The apartment is clean and spacious. Easy walk to downtown Galway for shopping and dining. Will definitely be back next year.
Great location, clean simple and spaceous property
The self-check-in process was straight forward and easy according to the host's instructions. The property was clean and spacious enough for our group of 5 adults to have a comfortable 3 nights exploring Galway just steps out the front door.
6 adults shared this 3 bedroom apartment that was within walking distance of Quay street but far enough away to be quiet. No A/C like most European rentals but great space. Would recommend this for a group.
Very comfortable apartment with all amenities you need. Walk to everything but not right in the center of the crowded streets of Galway. You can feel relaxed getting home to the apt after spending time in downtown Galway.
Perfect space to stay! Close to city center and Latin Quarter shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable and quiet. View from the top deck was amazing. Directions were clear. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Family had an awesome week exploring Galway.
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo, centrally located, easily walkable to Galway’s highlights including Spanish Arch, Quay Street, Latin Quarter and Galway City Museum. The penthouse has a beautiful view of the docks and the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were very clean and the building was quiet. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family, we enjoyed our 2 nights in Galway making memories with our family. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus as well.
This is a great location with everything in walking distance. Quiet building. Very clean, updated condo with all appliances including separate washer and dryer. For US travelers they’re not our king-size beds. The check-in process was somewhat of a scavenger hunt and then we didn’t even get the key. However the staff were the absolute best by meeting us in a pub with the key. If I return to Galway, I would book here again.
