Things to note: the very prestigious Bonham Quay is currently being built in front of the apartment building. While this will not impact your stay or access to the home you may experience some noise from time to time. Construction should only be between Monday - Friday during normal daytime hours, however we cannot control the builders schedule.



We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family.



**NOISE Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.

Excellent location!

Spacious apartment. Worked well for two couples. Some issues with heaters not working but I am sure those will be addressed quickly now that management is aware. Needs some explanation as to what can be put in the recycling as everywhere can be different.

Impeccable Apartment

Location very convenient for walking without being so close to nightlife that noise was an issue. Some construction and industrial noise during the day as expected so close to the harbour. Apartment itself was perfectly clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Host was very detailed in check in and out communications. Would love to stay again.

Clean centrally located apartment

If you look for a centrally located roomy apartment in Galway - this is a good alternative. Overall clean apartment with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen and livingroom area. The check-in instructions was unnecessarily complicated, but once inside the apartment and garage it all worked well. Bring ear plugs - the seagulls outside are really noicy at night/early morning.

Great location!!

The apartment was wonderful! Close to everything. Free parking was a bonus, however the garage could use a thorough cleaning and better lighting. Upon exiting the elevator into the courtyard, it seemed somewhat neglected. Don’t let that deter you from renting the apartment though, it was A ++

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in Galway and this apartment was in a very convenient location. Parking was easy and secure as was the building itself. The only problem we had was with the actual keypad on the door to the apartment; it took about 5 minutes to wake up the keypad so we can enter our code. Might just need a battery or something. Other than, that it was excellent. We'd stay again!!

Galway visit

Apartment is in a great part of the city. Close enough to walk but not noisy. It was great to have a parking spot included and was easy to find. Instructions for access don’t arrive til 11 the morning of and not sure if it was because we were in transit or why but we did not receive until 3:30 which made us a bit anxious. We did receive in time though and the directions were very clear. Apartment has everything needed and was comfortable. We would stay here again. Wi-Fi was excellent which was necessary since people were working remotely.

Galway Stay

The property was strategically located. Once we securely parked the car, we didn't need it until departure, everything we needed/wanted to do in Galway was well within walking distance. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and secure. We had some slight issues, of our own making with the lock box, but I must say the the property manager was very patient and accommodating. While the instructions for everything were extremely detailed, including multiple codes for access to the property, building , apartment, we, again maybe it was just us, were a bit confused. I would suggest something to the effect that indicates to park the car first, then take the elevator up to the first floor, walk across the courtyard to the building entrance. We were under the impression we would have to haul our luggage some distance from the car park to get to the building entrance so we parked outside, brought up our luggage then parked the car. All in all it was a wonderful stay and highly recommend the location, we loved it.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful stay in Galway. The property was centrally located in the city, 2-3 minute walk to Shop St. and Eyre Square. The property was modern and spotlessly clean. Check in info was excellent and very clear, communication with management was very good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely apartment in a good location

The apartment was clean, attractive, and in a good location for seeing the sights. Though the seagulls were noisy, the building was very quiet. The host was very responsive to our communication and check in was easy. The host also provided lots of useful information on restaurants and services in the neighborhood.

Apartment was exactly as advertised. Had plenty of space. Garage parking on-site was a real plus. Location is excellent - not quite in the busy part of town but a very easy walk. Would book again.

Right in the heart of Galway City and with a parking space included, just the job! We really enjoyed our stay at this light and airy apartment that is perfect for up to four people. There is lift access and an underground car parking space and the communication from the host was friendly, timely and useful, many thanks.

Good Property

This is an excellent two bed apartment however the place need a proper update in terms of decor and furniture. There were holes in the walls not repaired after previous renters caused the damage. The apartment looks tired and in need of some attention. The furniture is worn and should be very obvious to the owners that it needs replaced. We made the best of it however with a little more attention it could be a 5 star apartment. The location was excellent close to everything Galway has to offer. The only negative about the location was the construction of a large office block directly opposite the apartment balcony. There is underground parking with access directly to the apartment which was very convenient. Overall the negatives didn’t spoil our stay too much.

Inaccuracies in description and washer/dryer did not work at all

This was our least favorite of the 5 places we stayed in Ireland, and the most expensive by far. There is no dishwasher- but the listing says there is so I was doing dishes on my vacation. There were no papertowels, so I was dirtying dishes I wouldnt have for sandwiches and things creating more dirty dishes to wash. The washer/dryer has no setting that just drys. So after 4 attempts we just loaded our wet clothes for the next place. And my husband is a handy person who watched a Youtube video on how to operate it and even on a dry cycle only it kept running water into the clothes keeping them wet during a dry cycle. Theres a water pressure pump in a closet right outside the main bedroom door that runs a little high pitch sounding motor for about 3-4 seconds every 30 seconds - 24 hrs a day. It was maddening to try to sleep. So he ended up flipping a switch to shut it off at night and back on in the morning. The main shower had no hot water. Theres one knob you turn for temp and even on the highest setting the shower never gets hot. We labelled it a prison shower because its just warm enough to not say it was a cold shower. Theres no shelves in the shower so all your bottles are on the floor in the tiny stand up shower around you so you go from little to no space in your prison shower. The parking garage is straight out of a scary movie and the courtyard and elevators are desheveled and just gross. The location was its only redeeming quality. And it seemed clean.
