Terrible customer service. Very rude. The pool was closed. They said we could use a different pool but it cost 30,000 won per person. Small room. Bugs in room. Bed was terrible and old.

Loved the environment, the pool was very cool and the restaurant in the hotel had great food. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well. Rooms was nice, wished that the rooms came with complementary tea and coffee.

Poor ac and no gym or pool
Although this hotel looks great on the outside it is horrible on the inside. If you like air conditioning, don’t come here. The first night the AC worked fine, but then nothing but heat came out the 2nd night. I complained at 9 pm at night and I was told to open the balcony to let cool air in. They said the AC was not broken, but it was normal for the heat to come on because it was “cool” outside. I was sweating all night! Also, ever since covid they have not opened the gym even though their buffet breakfast was crammed with people. No pool, no sauna, no whirl pool.

The room we initially got was extremely hot even though the heater was off the whole time. The room temperature was showing 31°C but staff said the air-conditioning wouldn't work because the summer season was finished. We changed the room for the second night but cigarette smells came in through the fans in the bathroom.

Gorgeous hotel, totally unique setup. Relaxing, very comfortable, sunrise was spectacular, and the sounds of the sea was mesmerizing… Traveled up the coast a bit to some other attentions. No shortage of thing to do and see!

The hotel looks insane from the outside but the interior was old-fashioned. Our room was gigantic but not that equipped as expected. The infinity adult pool area was magical! I expected a concierge service for the luggage but that didn't happen. Overall the stay was lovely for the view and pool and less for the hotel and room itself.

호텔은 멋있고 뷰가 짱이었습니다. 시설은 좀 낡은 편이었지만 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 반대로 스태프분들의 서비스는 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 체크인때 프론트에 계시는분도 무뚝뚝하고 퉁명한 말투였는데 저녁에 라운지에서 드링크를 주문하면서 음식도 시키려 했더니 음식은 너무 늦어서 안된다고 했습니다. 문을 닫는 시간은 거의 두시간이나 남았는데 그냥 안주없이 썰렁하게 술만 마시다 금방 내려왔네요. 그때 직원분이 전혀 친절하지도 않고 말도 짤라서 하셔서 기분이 별로 좋지 않았습니다. 일류호텔이라 기대했는데 다른 호텔들과 비교해서 전반적으로 직원들의 친절함이 많이 아쉬웠습니다.
