"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in many hotels across Canada, United States, Europe, and West Africa). The only thing I think the hotel management should improve upon is the hotel’s entrance from the street to the reception: the doors are heavy and there are steps instead of inclined (or sloped) entrance. If you have heavy luggage that you need to roll through the entrance, you’ll be out of luck. Management needs to remake the entrance’s accessibility. "

"Everything was absolutely exceptional except for the front desk workers, we found them a little bit rude and i understand it was a busy weekend but we’re paying so much to be there it would have been nice to be greeted with manors. All other staff were absolutely amazing being the managers, cleaners and waitstaff. another unsatisfactory part of our stay was the elevators, we waited 10-20 minutes each time we wanted to get to our room and even when we got it we shared with 8 other people that makes me wonder how safe it is. the chelsea hotel has 4 sections of different elevators and it works out great. all though this hotel is by far the best one i have stayed at downtown toronto, the amenities and rooms were absolutely amazing. thank you so much as"

"Property is OK although not the value it may seem that it might be at first. $40 for parking is crazy, and you basically get nothing extra with the stay to bring up the value. Rooms are cleanish although dated for sure. Probably wouldn’t go back but definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed. "

"Staff are excellent - helpful and friendly - at this hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Very handy location near subway, stores and restaurants. After staying at this location several times I would choose to stay in the South Tower vs the North Tower because I had several nights with a loud club outside my window keeping me up until 4am. I’ve never had that issue on the south side. If you don’t need to bring a car you will save lots of $$ on costly parking. There are plenty of comfy seating areas and the hotel looks very popular for conferences and airline crews. "
