Town Inn Suites Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The outside is deceiving. Once you get inside the suite was beautiful. Clean, modern, welcoming with all amenities we needed in the room and more. Easy location near Bloor Street. "
"Our stay here was incredible. Everything was perfect (safe, SUPER convenient location, clean, etc.) and the check-in and check-out system (they have these self-serve machines so you don't have to wait in line or go up to the desk) was the most efficient and innovative thing I've ever experienced at a hotel. DEFINITELY will be back, this has become our new go-to stay in Toronto. Thank you!"
"While in Toronto, my original stay was booked at the Don Valley Hotel which was so inaccessible that I transferred to the Yorkville Royal Sonesta. The Royal Sonesta was superior in every way. Most importantly, I had very few issues with accessibility due to my disabilities. There were a few small things, but the staff was immediately attentive and eager to find a solution. They also reported the issue for further improvement."
"I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Toronto, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every detail of my stay was made exceptional by the incredible staff and their outstanding hospitality.
At the front desk, Matt immediately stood out. His professionalism, patience, and kindness made check-in seamless and stress-free. He didn’t just process my stay, he genuinely welcomed me, and his attentive manner carried through every interaction afterward. It’s rare to find someone who can make a large luxury hotel feel so personal, but Matt absolutely achieved that.
At the front door, Nicholas was always there with a warm smile, genuine energy, and readiness to assist. Whether it was simply greeting me or helping with directions and transport, he consistently made me feel valued and cared for. His presence truly set a welcoming tone every time I entered or left the hotel.
The concierge team deserves special recognition—particularly Vanessa and Erica. They are a true asset to the Park Hyatt. Not only were they highly knowledgeable about Toronto, but they took the time to understand my needs and preferences, going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experiences during my visit. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their professionalism was matched with a personal warmth that made every interaction a joy. I will absolutely return and would recommend the Park Hyatt Toronto.

"Hotel was beautiful and the entire staff is amazing. Only thing is I wouldn’t recommend staying with people unless you’re extremely comfortable with them because there is no bathroom privacy or anywhere to change clothes in private. "
