10/10 Excellent
"Great location which was very convenient to food and dining options (loved that Eataly was a 7 minute walk away), convenient to transit and it was so much more comfortable than a hotel room for working and relaxing. The gym was adequate, not top of the line but fine. A couple f minor complaints - the TV kept showing a "weak signal" message and losing its connection, the wifi strength was questionable as well. I would have appreciated additional bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) considering I was there for 4 nights, they were used up after the second day, maybe one of those wall mounted shampoo dispensers could be added. The unit was decently equipped and although I didn't cook there, I certainly could have. It would have been helpful to have some basic condiments like salt and pepper, sweetener, sugar etc. in the unit and a tea kettle would be been very appreciated. Overall, I loved the property and would definitely stay there again."
"I think this is a fantastic hotel in Toronto. Its location is wonderful. They have parking for guests and it's right in that Middle Lane of being better than a very cheap hotels and not missing much compared to the very expensive ones.
The staff are outstanding. First and foremost, they are wonderful people and are able to accommodate many things.
I would 100% stay here again. If I had to find something to complain about I would love it if the mattress was a bit more comfortable. And that is truly just something for me.
We slept well all three nights. Got food delivered. Rode the train, the tram and the bus. My biggest fear is that this review will make the hotel too popular and the price is go up. "
"This location is ideal as it’s right in the downtown core, just a few minutes’ walk to the subway station. The room and lobby are clean, and the staff are very welcoming."
"Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Welcome cookies are yummy! Location is nice. We were able to walk to all our destinations in the city we wanted to see. Would stay again!"
