"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection. The kids loved the pool facilities. Would have been nice to have a kids playroom and live music in the bar as we were in the hotel most of the weekend because the weather was not great. Overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would recommend it."

"Portumna is a lovely little town, and the property is easy walking distance to it as well as attractions, groceries and a lovely forest. Problem is the property itself was a disaster. Upon arrival, the upstairs toilets didn’t work, there is no porch light working and there was internet trouble. There was no hair dryer as listed, one pot with 2 lids that didn’t fit, one skillet, spatula, nothing else, not even a bottle or can opener. 1.2 weeks later, still no toilet fixed.
