"Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay."

"No geral tudo muito bom. Deixou a desejar a alimentação, que apesar de gostosa tinha pouca variedade e repetia bastante os menus. Faltou um churrasco e investir um pouco mais na qualidade do cardápio. Sábado serviram costela de aperitivo, mas estava crua e dura. Outra coisa que não funcionou foi o sistema de senhas pra andar a cavalo. "Nossa satisfação começou na recepção pela Glaucia e pelo Fabio, fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados de forma muito especial como se já fossemos conhecidos. No restaurante não foi diferente, tivemos sugestões de pratos excelentes pelo Vinicius e também muito bem atendido pelo Lucas. No café da manhã, a Kelly nos ajudou muito e com muita dedicação, principalmente pelas restrições alimentares da minha esposa. Também no checkout, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionistas. Enfim, jun dos melhores hotéis que já tivemos o privilégio de nos hospedar. Obrigado pela dedicação e experiência."

"Recepção gentil. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Banheiro tinha mofo e infiltração na parede. Nosso quarto não tinha um bom black out fazendo com que tivesse muita claridade pela manhã. Estacionamento gratuito e com várias vagas. Café da manhã muito bom. Também jantamos no restaurante buffet, estava bom também. Tínhamos um compromisso no centro da cidade e a localização para nós foi ótima. Estava frio e o ar condicionado só funciona para refrigeração - tivemos que solicitar edredom extra na recepção."
