In the heart of a residential area, this typical Provençal house offers 150sqm of single-storey living space and 2 beautiful terraces. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants and has a large pool with steps.

Upon entering the living area, you will discover the living-dining room and its shaded outdoor terrace. The equipped kitchen is separate, opening onto a pergola with a large dining table and a gas barbecue plancha.
3 bedrooms are at your disposal: 1 master bedroom with a bathroom and separate toilet, and 2 other bedrooms sharing a shower room and separate toilet.
