On one level it consists of an entrance, a large living room (TV), dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen (LL, LV, Oven, MO, Nespresso coffee maker), 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living room and kitchen open onto a large covered terrace, it is the perfect living room for summer vacations. Between Gassin and La Croix Valmer, the setting is sublime, calm predominates, a swimming pool area perfect for a dream vacation. Linen included as well as maintenance once a week.
