This was a perfect spot to stay while spending a week in Porto. Close to everything but away from the crowds. Beatriz was amazing, super responsive and always ready to offer suggestions. The apartment itself was well-equipped to make simple meals. Great experience all round.

The accommodation and prompt service provided exceeded all our expections. Luz was outstanding in seeing to all our needs.

Staff were nice. The elevator was a bonus! Room was small and the balcony didn’t have the resting lounge chairs like in the photos! Place looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia! The bed was like sleeping on wires, quite uncomfortable. Looked photoshopped as it was stated in reviews. Location was great!

Beautiful room once I got in but very hard to get in the building. I arrived to Porto a few hours early via train and wanted to see if I could leave my bags with the property prior to check in. Unfortunately they don't send checkin information prior to checkin time, at least in my case. I was able to find another number to talk to someone on Whatsapp but I found the face to face interaction rather rude after dragging my luggage and myself uphill. My stay there once I got past checkin was fine and close to much of what downtown has to offer. I never had to get on a bus, however I did get a Bolt ride to the airport. My advice to this property is to double-down on its communication with its guests prior to arrival. Let folks know what to expect at least 6 hours before they are expected to arrive, especially if they want to operate without a front desk associate. It will make a world of difference for your business in happy returning guests.
