"Please, demolish that disgusting place! Stop selling that dump on Expedia—it’s full of people loitering about and looks absolutely dreadful. The hallways reek of urine. It was abysmal; we left instantly—we didn't even make it to the room—and we really needed to sleep after a long journey. And, of course, we lost our money—money that you should be refunding to us!"

"Check in was easy enough once we figured out that you needed to pull hard on the screen door. The grass desperately needed to be cut. The house was clean and the host was very responsive. "

"The size of the house was great, the kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and the house has a wonderful front porch. The king size bed was very comfortable! The accuracy of the listing? The listing stated there was a dishwasher, shampoo and hair dryer, soap, kitchen ware and it slept 6. Nothing on the listing was there. If there had been six people traveling with me they would have had to sleep on the two couches. No additional linens or blankets, 3 forks, 3 knives and one spoon. If you plan to stay here, plan on packing everything you need including cookware! Very disappointing stay!"

"We liked how close it was to the zoo. We were upset the property was not accurately shown in the pictures. We were looking forward to the couch being beside the bed in the master room being we have small children and we’re glad they would get to room share with us unfortunately that was not the case. "

"This was a good stay Felix was very thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommend him as our host. The location was convenient with any shopping you would need within a mile. Mall area's were a bit farther away but easy to access by interstate. Neighborhood was quiet. The only downfall would be the train activity. After a few days we were accustomed to them and they were not disturbing. All in all our stay was great! Jacksonville has so much history. Be sure to enjoy the Riverwalk, the Treaty Tree and the Farmers Market. "
