The Greystone Lodge on the River
The staff was very good. When I asked for my room to be changed to the 2nd floor for a better view,it was taken care of right away.

Quality Inn Creekside - Downtown Gatlinburg
Hotel room and breakfast area was dirty. However staff was nice and helpful with an issue we were having. If you stay here bring body wash and hand soap bc they don’t provide them but the do provide shampoo, conditioner and lotion

Beautiful hotel and views in a great location. Only complaint was on our first morning when I needed assistance and the individual at the front desk was less than helpful. All others were great.
