This was an excellent property with a great location by Gatlinburg and also by the Smoky Mountains Natl Park. Comfortable beds, nice TVs, good hot tub, nice dishes and kitchen equipment. There was a little garbage left in the bathrooms when we arrived but otherwise very clean. Would stay here again!
This is such a wonderful and welcoming little cabin! Everything was clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location is great, just a little outside of town away from all the busyness. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.
Very convenient location, not up some crazy mountain road. Close to a store that sells decent pizza and some basic essentials. Very comfortable/cozy/clean.
We loved our stay in this cabin - it was a few minutes drive to Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains, and Dollywood. The cabin itself was clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and had a wonderful hot tub on the back deck. It would be great for a couple or family with the 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living area and kitchen. Plus there's a pizza place and convenience store just up the street that was great when we got in late the first night. Definitely would recommend!

We were all very happy with this cabin. It was clean and had everything we needed. It also was very convenient to Spence Cabin. The kids (33 yo) loved the hot tub. Suggestions for improvement would be hooks in the bathroom, a digital timer for the fireplace and a basic TV streaming service. Overall it was an excellent stay.
Our Gatlinburg weeklong visit was wonderful, as a family of three this cozy cabin was the perfect location and size. The rooms were clean/fresh, and the amenities had just the right convenience for our purposes. Two bathrooms and a washer/dryer helped us out immensely. Our first night there was a regional power outage, and I contacted the host, and she was on top of the situation, with updates. I loved the decor of the place, totally representative of the region. Our "Bear Trail" cabin stay was a perfect balance between feeling the vibe of the region without being too rustic.
Quaint cabin, wonderfully convenient to the park and Gaitinberg. Loved the constant sound of the mountain stream trickling down next to the cabin. Next to that is a mountain road, that did have traffic at times, but we only noticed it when a few big trucks went up. If I had small kids it may have been a concern. The cabin was well equiped, loved the hottub nestled into the deck. We'd rent it again.
We saw a bear around the dumpster the first morning and the last morning. The last morning the bear actually got into the dumpster and stayed 15 minutes. We heard it banging around inside and when he got out he stood on top of the dumpster as if he was the 'KING' of the dumpster. So exciting!! The cabin was very clean and cozy. This was a very convenient place to stay.
Upon our arrival the morning of I was sent a text with directions and the door code to get it. The cabin wasn’t to far up the mountain about 3 minutes from the first light in gatlinburg. When we got there the door code worked with the first try everything had its place in the cabin and it just felt like walking in to a welcome home. There were extra towels and laundry detergent provided. There was a hot tub the made it worth every penny
Great stay! Absolutely no complaints. Loved that there was a washer and dryer, bedding was comfortable, there were plenty of necessities (coffee, toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper) . The pecan pie with a happy Thanksgiving note was such a nice touch!
This cabin was the perfect size for us and the location was great. They had construction going on in front of our cabin for the entirety of our stay, but we still enjoyed our time here!

This is a great, clean, modern cabin. Plenty of room in living and kitchen areas, as well as bedrooms. Away from the crazy of the main strip but only a couple minute drive to town and the park entrance. Loved the hot tub after days of hiking, tubing, etc. Highly recommend this place.
We were supposed to stay at a different cabin but it turned out to be disgusting. So I called Cabins for YOU and they helped to get us into this beautiful cabin the same day!! They were amazing to work with and this cabin was so clean and well kept! I am definitely going to be staying here again!!
Instructions for the hit tub would have been helpful. It was on when we arrived but we didnt use it until day 2, it was still really warm so we got in but we couldn't getthe heat and the jets to turn on. We didnt reach out because it didnt effect our stay.

The property was perfect. The property management group was terrible. They said they would call back and never did. Finally got ahold of the property owner and she helped with our issues.
