Great location close to GSMNP and Gatlinburg. Up in the mountains, nature is close (many sightings of bears!) & silence is everywhere! So you feel like you are far away, but realistically can quickly get to the day’s adventure.
Our family of 3 was very comfortable for the week. Dual A/C zones allowed for adequate cooling during the warm summer days. Extra fans are also available. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels (& each has a hair dryer as well). Kitchen provided plenty of silverware & other utensils. (Bring your own insulated beverage-ware if you wish for that.). Hot tub, TV/wi-fi, and Washer/dryer all work well; beds comfortable; window blinds work well—allowing to block out the lights @ night, but allowing for maximum views in the day.
Coffee filters were present @ the time of our stay. Two beach towels for hot tub use were also present.
To note: as other reviews may indicate, the drive up to cabin has many twists & turns—would advise first trip to house be completed in daylight hours. Also to be aware, as it is a pet-friendly location, the cabin does smell of dog.
Management company was friendly and available as needed. Access to cabin was easy, no safety concerns. Thanks to all! We would return!
