TV for entertainment. Gather around the dining room table, which comfortably seats eight,
perfect for shared meals and laughter. You'll also find a spacious master suite on this level, along
with a deck offering delightful outdoor dining and a warm gas fire pit.
Journey upstairs to find another expansive master suite with its own private deck, providing a
serene escape. The upper level also features a versatile gaming area, complete with a poker table

Also Included: As a guest at The Oakley, you have full access to all three Chalet Village Owners Group Clubhouses and facilities with the North Clubhouse located only 200 yards from your front door, located at 705 Village Loop Rd on the corner of Wiley Oakley and Village Loop. The North clubhouse offers three swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, paved walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games. Drinks and concessions are available for purchase and you are welcome to bring your own as long as you do not have glass containers. North Clubhouse has been fully restored since the 2016 wildfires that swept through the Smoky Mountains and we now have new views of the mountains that had previously not been available before. The new views are gorgeous!
The North tennis courts are open year-round for your enjoyment. If your day is full, try playing an evening game, the lights for the courts are on timers until midnight. You can bring your own tennis equipment or you are welcome to use ours during open hours.
The North clubhouse also has a private banquet room available at an additional charge for family gatherings, meetings, wedding receptions and other events! The banquet room can be either a large dining/meeting room or can be separated into two rooms using the folding room divider. The North clubhouse has tables and seating to accommodate up to 65 for sit-down events, a
wood-burning fireplace, 2 stoves with ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, a full-size refrigerator, a full-size freezer, commercial coffee maker and commercial ice machine. Perfect for weddings, family gatherings, and other special occasions!!
The South Clubhouse, located at 1319 South Baden Drive, is the bigger of the two rentable facilities and, with existing tables and chairs, can accommodate sit-down groups up to 100. You can rent additional tables and chairs and increase the seating capacity to 150. The South clubhouse has a full working kitchen with a separate freezer and oversized refrigerator to accommodate catering trays, a separate bar area with 3-compartment sink, ice maker and commercial coffee pot.
