Desk staff delightful!!! Tried to eat in the “fine dining” restaurant, then when seated, discovered was pris fixe menu. We did not want seven courses. Young waiter was confused; Maitre de was rude, assuming we did not understand pris fixe, treated us with contempt. By the way, food in the bar comes from the same kitchen!

"What a sweet surprise! The staff were so friendly, breakfast was superb!!! The wine bar is such a hidden gem. Bratislava was more marvelous than expected and the hotel is perfectly located for sight seeing. A little trek to the train station but not bad."
