"We stayed here for one night before our early morning flight, and it was a great experience. The hotel is directly connected to Milan Malpensa Airport Terminal 1, which made getting to the airport incredibly easy and stress-free. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. If you have an early flight from Malpensa Airport or arrive late at night, I highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"The Palace is a great up scale hotel with a prime location directly across from the Lake and central to the historic old town! My room had a large window with an unobstructed view of the lake and lake front activity! The buffet breakfast was very nice too with lots of options! Lots of close by restaurants and shops! "Our last night in Malpensa was the most comfortable. In all the other hotels across Europe, it was hit or miss if they had air conditioning in the room. We wanted a good night sleep without waking up in a sweat. This was one of the few hotels that had air conditioning in the room as well as the public areas. In addition, we were picked up from the airport after taking the train from Milan Grand Centrale Station and taken back to the airport the following morning. It is a short ride to the airport with a 5 Euro fee, each way, per person. The message sent prior to our stay outlining the procedure for the ride was helpful and everything was smooth. The staff were helpful. We would definitely stay here again."
