We liked that the property was within a walking distance to downtown. On the other hand we were very disappointed with the customer service as they did not want to help with any issues with the apartment. 1. Booked 2BDR apartment with 2 queen beds (rcvd 1 queen and 2 twin beds - not ideal for two couples) 2. As per reservation our unit supposed to have “city views” - we had not city view at all 3. Pool should be free of charge; however the fee per hour was 69PLN (around $18) 4. Unit was not clean (dust; spiderwebs; felt like crumbs on the couch) 5. No standard condiments in the kitchen such as ice, salt and pepper 6. No standard toilet trees in the bathroom such as soap, body was, shampoo and conditioner 7. Charged more at the property than what it was listed on my invoice We definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone u less you want to be disappointed and overcharged.

The property is nothing like in description.it is called spa and wellness, but they do not provide this service. You need to go to other spa near by and pay for it. Rooms are nothing like in pictures.

There is nothing Unique about the property. It’s a total scam since photos shown are not like the apartment you would get. We looked at the photos of the property and booked the apartment only to find it is not like what’s in the photos. There are no VIP benefits like an upgrade or anything. Be careful when you book because it will shock you when you get the apartment. There is no view at all and your view is other apartments in the complex looking at your apartment. It’s about a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the town. There are no amenities as well , so do bring some with you like your shampoo, soap etc.

Excellent lotation, modern building, nicely designed apartments however one of them (pink one) require small renovatio. Holes in the walls, broken hangers etc.

I have to pay extra 130PLN for cleanning - it was mandatory, but on your website was no information about it. I had never take this hotel if i had see the price for cleanning.

It was generally good. Apartments were clean,good space, comfortable beds, good sized bathrooms and was just a 5 minutte walk to the old town. However, I felt the information on hotels.com was misleading. One gets the impression that the spa and restaurant are in the same building when it is actually not. In addition you have to pay extra to use the facilities for just 1,5hrs with small children that love swimming the time is way too limited. There are other cost like deposit 300 and cleaning of the apartment 150 one only gets to know about after Booking . This is information that should be presented during the Booking process so that we make informed decisions. Had I known, I could have just booked at a hotel and got everything included. So Apartmore give more infor of the actual total cost of your apartments which I liked by the way and will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends

Short stay in Gdansk
Great place to stay for a few days in Gdansk. Nice new apartment with sufficient amenities for our stay. Only problems was no information on how to use appliances such as convection microwave oven. Checkin was a bit convoluted as you really can’t find where you are staying until you ring to find out how to access the building. Mallina was very helpful with information on what services were available around the area. Undercover Parking on site was good. Wifi excellent. Close to historical part of the city it is within walking distance. Public transport, trams, are close by. We did a day trip to Sopot and Gdynia by train. Not far away from Gdansk but Sopot much more attractive than Gdynia.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i leilighet med to store soverom med myke gode dbl senger. Stor hage, flott balkong, nydlig utsikt over ekven. Rent, meget pent, 2 bad (badekar på ene.) Vi manglet ikke en ting.Hyggelig betjening ved nøkkelhenting og enkelt. Stor kiosk like ved bygningen. Vi kommer igjen.

Lgh men ingen pool/spa !
Fin o bekväm lgh. Det fanns möjlighet till pool o spa men i ett annat hus o då fick man betala för allt . Att byta handdukar kostade också .

The pool is a scam
The apartment is announced as an apartment with pool, but there is no pool in the facilities. The pool is in a private spa, in the area. To use the pool, you need to book it in advance (luckily you get an available spot), you need to pay extra and be in the pool for only 1 hour.

Skuffende oplevelse hele vejen igennem
Vask på badeværelse var i stykker, ovnen virkede ikke, sofaen var ødelagt i fjedrene i højre side, manglende service, manglende stole, defekte og manglende gardiner, spa/polo ikke inkluderet på trods af det var beskrevet i rejsebeskrivelsen, blev lovet en rabat pga alle fejl og mangler, men vi har ikke hørt mere. Receptionen blev gjort opmærksom på ALLE fejl og mangler.

Dirty, old laundry from other guests. Dust and dirty on the floors. Tv didn’t work, food in the fridge from other guests and we had vi access that includes wine, we didn’t get that.
