"Two things: Most important is bathroom. Not ADA compliant and it should say so. No hand rails. Additionally, commode is very difficult to access (very low height) with very cramped space, no assist handles. There is an outdoor fire ring, but the plastic chairs that are in a locked shed and inaccessible. Finally, better instructions on electronics (from TV to temp gauge for gas heater) WIFI--though WIFI instructions were fine. Would not stay here again because of bathroom. Regards, Cliff Barnett"

"The house had everything our family needed for a great extended stay. Comfortable beds, lots of room, including playroom for grand kids. The kitchen was very well equipped, a cooks kitchen. Lots of extra touches, great art work & decorations, games & puzzles. Located between Seaside & Warrenton/Astoria many options for restaurants & a Costco. Very quiet neighborhood. There are stairs to navigate access to the house. Short walk to the beach. Overall a perfect stay on the Coast. "

"proximity to the coast the estuary and town is just priceless. We loved the place and the history of its original owners. The only thing i would recommend is adding more forks and a coffee grinder. Such a great weekend in this fun spot!"

"The home was spacious and well kept. The full kitchen, stocked with as many different pots and pans and griddles and appliances was more than we expected. I don't think I have as many dishes, bowls and gadgets in my own kitchen. Coffee, creamer, spices and condiments were easy to find and well appreciated. Only 5 blocks from downtown and the beach! We had a great time and hope our hosts will have us back."

"No toilet paper. Took over a day to get delivered. No paper towels either. House was Useless for night 1 because we basically couldn't use the bathroom after a long day of travel. Will be disputing charges because VRBO has offered no solution and custo.er setvice hung up onus multiple times during attempts to re.edy."
