"The shuttle service was good. The breakfast was average, but plentiful. My only complaint is the accessibility. I booked an accessible room and asked for a shower chair on my reservation at the time of booking. There was not a shower chair in the room. We asked at the desk about it and were told that we needed to ask in the morning. We called at 0645 to receive the shower chair. At 7:15, we got a call back saying that they would bring one in 15-30 minutes. It was too late, and without a hose, a shower would have been difficult, so I had to pass on the shower. The room was spacious and had adequate rails in the bathroom, BUT, there was only a bathtub option for bathing. Most handicapped people have difficulty using bathtubs. The shower head did not have a hose on it to make it usable for a handicapped person. This was disappointing. Otherwise it was good."
