Hotel is well located near a shopping center. The one thing they could really improve is the continental break - very limited. They only had bagels, muffins, waffles and coffee. No eggs. No cheese. No protein. Preferred walking to Waffle House.

I building looks like the picture just more worn down and a few layers of dirt! The rooms were updated I guess! There was a smell like the ac filter needs to be cleaned or changed but it smelled better than the lobby! The room was full of mosquitoes we would kill 2 and come back with 3 in the room. Didn’t do the breakfast! It was ok for what we needed it for

This was what I expected, but not more. It’s a solid 3 star experience so it’s worth the money, but the local noise (partly late night entertainment and partly early morning construction next door) was particularly irritating. It was clean and comfortable and safe, so I would stay again, maybe after the construction is done.

When we first arrived in the hotel room, there were many impurities. The bath tub and bedding weren't completely clean, and the floor job wasn’t the best. On the last day of our stay, we woke up in the morning and there were ants in the sink. What’s stopping this from being a one was the fact that the tv quality was pretty good for gaming. Otherwise, we will not be staying again unless we’re desperate.

Old and out dated!

Hotel was as clean as to be expected for it's age. the hotel is old and out dated' We stayed there for parents night with UCF only because everything within a 50 mile radius was completely booked. The area could definitely use a couple of new modernized hotels due to the constant expansion of the UCF campus.
