This was what I expected, but not more. It’s a solid 3 star experience so it’s worth the money, but the local noise (partly late night entertainment and partly early morning construction next door) was particularly irritating. It was clean and comfortable and safe, so I would stay again, maybe after the construction is done.

When we first arrived in the hotel room, there were many impurities. The bath tub and bedding weren't completely clean, and the floor job wasn’t the best. On the last day of our stay, we woke up in the morning and there were ants in the sink. What’s stopping this from being a one was the fact that the tv quality was pretty good for gaming. Otherwise, we will not be staying again unless we’re desperate.

Old and out dated!

Hotel was as clean as to be expected for it's age. the hotel is old and out dated' We stayed there for parents night with UCF only because everything within a 50 mile radius was completely booked. The area could definitely use a couple of new modernized hotels due to the constant expansion of the UCF campus.

This place had a nice lobby good lobby staff. Room was horrible. The toilet seat was painted, there was a hole in the floor, the floors were sticky, the front door had cracks all around the seal, the shower had a home they covered up, and was scared all night about possible bugs.

Its a good hotel , not a Ritz Carton,, with luxury, etc , but is confortable, the attn.in the front dsk very profesional and ready to help you on any issue/ the contineltal brdfst. Is ok to keep you ready during the day,, can be improved with boiled eggs that its a esencial on any brdfast.

Flooring was rough and bathroom was brutal

Bed was very comfy ... Bathroom was in poor shape... Very poor shape and it backed up with water in the tub while showering... A few inches in a ten min shower ... I was second floor ... Not pleasant at all. Gaps in the floor running boards ... Found several termites in my room ... Needs all the caulking ripped out and redone, truly this is a $ 50 a night location... It could be much better with some love, however... The staff was very kind .

Quality is not the reality

Most travelers simply want comfortable and clean. It felt dirty and the floor was. The bathroom was outdated. You can't charge $165.00 and provide this kind of room. Very disappointed ☹️

Lacks cleanliness.

This was an awful experience. The staff at the front desk was friendly however the room was dirty and it needed a lot of maintenance. We got there almost at midnight and checked out the next morning although I purchased a 2 night stay. This was for my nephew's graduation. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but yes in cleanliness. But it did not accommodate. I would never stay there nor recommend it. Attached are the photos of the bathroom for some odd reasons the photos I took of the sink and area of the bed did not capture.

Definitely not a good stay.

Front desk staff, check in and check out, were nice and friendly. Room was clean. But 15 minutes in the room, 2 small German roaches popped up, 1 on the TV stand and 1 on the wall. Definitely can't bring our bags inside our home when we arrive, everything's going into wash from outside, bag stays out for a few days. Bed was terribly uncomfortable, it sunk down in the middle, old springs. Before bed, we showered water was nice and hot, in the morning we had to shower with warm water, not hot at all. Thank goodness it was cold outside, because we lost power for at least 30 minutes early morning while asleep, it would be so hot. Not a good stay. Definitely not staying there again.

Honestly I have stayed at Quality Inn before but this one had me extremely disappointed. The staff seemed nice but what was in and out of the rooms were tweakers. You can tell they are trying to remodel the rooms but some were nice and others were not down correctly. I had a man come up to my husband asking for drugs while he was with my daughter. I never experienced that and it just made me check out early.

Motel not Hotel…spend the extra $30 and stay somewhere else nearby. I stayed in room #207. Looks like handyman remodeling vs professional. Gaps in many places around entry door and many other gaps at floor trim and around fixtures. Only saw one small roach in the bathtub by morning. I did ask at checkin about the pest control after reading many reviews after booking—staff stated they were working with 2 companies to get it under control. Only stayed 1 night—late arrival and early checkout. I booked the room by mistake when comparing two rooms, on two different tabs at hotels.com; my backup plan was to drive back to Tampa after a long day at UCF. I decided to stay at the motel for the night. Evening desk staff was polite and checkin was easy and quick. I did not try the breakfast.

So I don't really want to give a bad review of this property but it is not a place we will stay again. For $100 I expected a better quality experience. The check in was fine, the staff were good. We arrived at midnight and it only took us about 5 minutes to check in. The room was not dirty, but it was not comfortable either. It looked like the property is trying to upgrade but the people they hired to do the work are not very good or they are being cheap about it. Again, the room was clean and no bugs or anything..but the sheets were a little rough like they used cheap laundry detergent. The toilet ran all night but we closed the bathroom door so it didn't keep us awake. The shower was decent and worked ok. They had soap and shampoo in the room. There is currently construction going on adjacent to the property so in the morning it was very noisy. Not their fault but it could have been mentioned in the listing on Expedia. For another $50 we will stay at La Quinta where we usually stay. I did not check the breakfast but breakfast was included. The bed was comfortable. But the main light didn't work and the chargers next to the bed worked but not the one on the main dresser. I did not see a switch to make it work either. Wish I could say better things but this was our experience.
