The staff was very nice. The rooms had a musty smell though and the shower water never got hot. It was barely warm. We took some quick showers. The rooms were clean though and they provided free hot coffee.

The staff, specifically Andrea at the front desk, was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. The king deluxe room was a great size with a seating area. Great for a long stay. The room had a bit of a musty smell, didn’t ruin our trip, but we did buy some air freshener. And the shower was just eh, not great water pressure and took forever to get hot. At first I thought maybe we didn’t have hot water at all. But it eventually did heat up. Underwhelming shower though after a long hot day. With that said, I would still choose to stay at this hotel again when visiting my student at UCF.
