"The staff at this B&B hotel are hardworking and very attentive. The hotel is 3 minutes away from a supermarket and a 13 minute drive from the Annecy lake. "

"A Hotel to Avoid This hotel was a complete disaster, with dirty rooms infested with ants and spider webs, a bathroom that reeked of a foul smell from the faucet, and a parking lot overrun with large rats. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it."
