"Hotel was pretty old and in needed renovations.. The breakfast is low quality. Our shower door was broken and we asked them to fix it, but they didn’t get around to it.. it was nice that they had coffee and water in the lobby, but there wasn’t any real cream which would’ve made it a lot better. It was overpriced because of the great location"

"For the value, I give it a 10 out of 10. They're much cheaper than the surrounding hotels. Very clean rooms that are fairly modern. Bathrooms are nearing the time where they will need a renovation, but still more than satisfactory. Water pressure is a little low in the shower, but still sufficient. Location is hard to beat. Great dining spots all around."

"Dirty rooms, chairs at the pool are dirty. They give me a room on the second floor facing street, very loud noise! Breakfast was the bad."

"Parking was not good, was on a motorcycle and management would not let us park on site yet they still charged us for parking"

"How you feel about this hotel depends on what you care about. It is not updated in many ways and a few features were obviously outdated and not functioning 100% (janky shower head, sticky door, stuck curtains). It’s an aging grand lady. But the beds were comfortable and it’s in a quiet area, an easy walk to the main attractions and cool glass elevators (may give you vertigo if you’re afraid of heights). Staff at the lobby bar were super unfriendly"

"Breakfast was ok not much of a selection. Staff was wonderful. Rooms are very outdated, bathroom sink drain slow as well as the shower. Walls are thin so you hear everything. Very noisy at night. The manager reception is a joke. Don’t bother going there is one protein (very spicy wings or pig in the blanket or mozzarella cheese mini meatballs or barbecue meatballs), one vegetable celery or cherry tomatoes. The mixed drinks are very expensive for a six ounce glass."
