"Excellent! Clean rooms, nice decor, proximity to Broadway is exceptional! Safe 3 block walk to the fun, night or day! Right across the street is the famous Pancake Pantry which is deliciously scrumptious and famous! Can’t be beat for a great hotel at an awesome price. "

"Room and hotel were clean. Room was a little smaller than I was expecting but was nice! Mattress was stiff so some like that and some don’t. Room seemed really warm and we had it on 60 and wouldn’t cool off. Had to open door to balcony. Kitchenette is nice if you are staying longer. It is in a really nice little area with plenty of food and beverage choices within walking distance. I would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely home, well decorated making it feel extra cozy. Necessities included such as soaps and shampoos which helped make it feel less like a hotel and more like a home away from home. House very clean. One room with bunks is on the bottom floor with other rooms top floor. This gives us some peace and quiet from the kids as they laugh and play. Only about 10-15 minutes from most destinations that we wanted to see, including Broadway. Walkable to various entertainment and food venues. Couldn’t really ask for much more. "
