"Such a cute Swiss themed hotel. The room was very clean and had all the necessities. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Nice indoor pool and beautiful outdoor pool. Oh and a pickle ball court!! The cafe next door was convenient. Great pastries, croissants and muffins. Will re-book next year for the Volksmarch!"

"EXCELLENT property, seemingly secluded yet within a short walk to the wonderful downtown area where it us still 'season,' so everything is open, still. Leave your car parked at hotel, then walk over to 1880 Train-ride to/from Keystone; or, get dinner out at 1885 Steakhouse or Alpine Inn; or, have charcuterie & barrel-dispensed wine at With the Wind winery. EXCELLENT STAFF at desk, and in food prep. for full breakfast at hotel dining area. (I ate egg-omlette on a waffle, and it was great!) EXCELLENT selection of pillows, with very clean linens. Clean hallways, and great room. Ample 'private' parking (at no extra charge)."

"It was very clean. Effortlessly checked in. Room were clean and spacious. Dining options were great. The casino was a great perk. Parking was a challenge only because the lot was big and we had to park far from our room entrance. Overall a great place to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Roosevelt Inn! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We love the gazebo. The breakfast was very good! There was a different menu each morning. We loved all of Roosevelt’s quotes that were in the elevator and the halls of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel! The location was perfect. It was close to Mount Rushmore, custard State Park. Spearfish Canyon is an hour drive. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel! "
