"Der gesamte CheckIn-Prozess war sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Kontakt zur Leitung war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wegen der großen Hitze wurde uns 1 Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, der bei unserer späten Abendankunft auch schon lief und die Nacht für uns erträglich machte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und den gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum („Stube“) haben wir nicht genutzt; beides sah aber sehr einladend aus. "The property is nice with children to walk around, play and see animals. Unfortunately when we were there the SPA and Sauna were closed. It will be nice if the property posts the operation hours for sauna and SPA. There is also a small museum of tractors on side. You need to ask at the reception for them to open the door."

"Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wird nur durch viele Einschränkungen erreicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, keine Extras wie Wasser oder Safe. Es gibt keinen regelmäßigen Zimmerservice. Die Rezeptionsdame geht schon 19.30 Uhr statt 20 Uhr. Die Treppen sind abgenutzt und schmutzig. Die Kinder rennen lärmend durch den Speisesaal. Das Essen wird nicht nachgefüllt. "In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic. The breakfast has many variations everyday, the fruits and vegetables were really very fresh. The staffs were well behaved and have showed good hospitality. The wellness and spa amenities were top notch."
