Essen gut, aber der Wirt interessiert sich nicht für Behinderte, welche rechte ich mit Assistenzhunden habe, es kommt zu Schimpfereien beim Abschied. Das muss nicht sein. Die Gepäckhilfe trotz Nachtanreise war gut. keine Rollstuhlfähigen Zimmer gemäss EU Norm."

"Internet was not the best, but it was OK. As a place to stay in the city center. It’s very nice. However, the staff gave me the key to the storage room which happens to be in the basement: One – serious security breach given that other people‘s luggage was in there. My own had my computer. Two – it’s in the basement requiring older people to carry and find their way without any instructions. Seem careless, and this was the general attitude of the staff towards their guestsa "
