"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"Das Zimmer war unsere Ruheoase, sehr schön eingerichtet, genügend Platz und Stauraum, bequeme Betten, sehr sauber und ohne Straßenlärm. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker, Personal für das Frühstück ist etwas schwerfällig und versteht/versteht nicht gut Englisch. ALLES ist in Frischhaltefolie eingepackt, was absolut nicht nötig wäre und vom Umweltaspekt ein Unding ist, zumindest für uns Deutsche. Das Personal am Counter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
