"This was my third stay at Amwaj Rotana, and it was the most special one yet as we celebrated my mom’s 81st birthday. She absolutely loves Dubai, and especially Amwaj Rotana. The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located, easy for her to navigate, and she always feels safe and comfortable here. The stunning views from the rooms make every stay even more memorable. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our visit so wonderful. Every staff member goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience, and it truly feels like coming home each time we visit. I can’t wait to return with my family again soon. A special thank you to Aco, Budikah, Karim, and Irshad for the seamless check-in process, their kindness, and for always being available to answer my questions and make everything effortless. Jude and Amir at the front entrance were exceptional. They always welcomed us warmly, arranged taxis promptly, helped with our luggage, and paid attention to every little detail that made us feel genuinely cared for. "The hotel is very clean including the pool area and has the best view from our room (we have ocean+city view). The staffs are great,polite and hardworking. they are assisting the guest the moment you step into the hotel driveway until you check out. Blacksmith bar and eatery has delicious food. Breakfast is a lot and dinner we tried have big servings. Overall stay is superb. 😊"
